Kampung Lubuk Setol · Langkawi
Rumah Bendang is a family-run homestay built from red brick, singgora clay tiles and timber rescued from old kampung houses — with an infinity pool that looks straight over the padi fields.

Every part of Rumah Bendang carries a story. The timber window panels were gathered from old houses around Langkawi, the wooden windows travelled here from a house in Melaka, and the balcony railing once belonged to a home in Negeri Sembilan. The roofs are laid with singgora clay tiles, the way kampung houses used to be.
The result is three villas that feel like a classic Malay home — with air-conditioning, a full kitchen, fast WiFi and an infinity pool where the garden meets the sawah.
Three Houses, Three Ways to Stay
Each villa books separately, so you can take one for a small family — or all three for a big gathering.

A cosy two-bedroom house — one queen room and one single room — perfect for a small family escape beside the pool.
